One of the features of "Isaribi to Sumiyaki Sakaba Matsumura" is that you can enjoy not only charcoal grilled dishes, but also fresh sashimi! We have about six types of sashimi, and in addition to ordering them individually, we also offer a "5 kinds of fresh fish platter" that is a carefully selected assortment of seasonal fish of the day! The eels we use at our restaurant are farmed eels from the Shimanto River in Kochi Prefecture.They are particular about using eels, which have a deliciousness that surpasses that of wild eels, and their plump, whole eels are very fatty and juicy.The eel is then grilled deliciously using the charcoal grilling techniques of our sister store, "Sato," a famous yakitori restaurant in Fukushima, and delivered to our customers in a variety of different ways.
